01

Excel-friendly

Save your worksheet as CSV and match familiar columns such as recipient name, achievement, presenter, date, and signatory.

02

Review before export

Move through recipients one by one and correct an individual row without changing the rest of the group.

03

Private by design

CSV parsing and certificate rendering happen in your browser. QuickMint does not upload or retain recipient lists.

How it works

From details to download.

A focused path for this certificate—without a blank canvas or a complicated design tool.

  1. 1

    Download the sample

Use the included CSV headings or export equivalent columns from Excel or Google Sheets.

  2. 2

    Upload and review

QuickMint matches columns, flags malformed rows, and lets you choose which recipients to include.

  3. 3

    Download one ZIP

Receive a separate PDF, PNG, or JPG for every selected recipient, collected in one ZIP.

Before you begin

Clear limits, no surprises.

  • CSV files only; save Excel workbooks as CSV before uploading.
  • Maximum 1 MB and 50 recipient rows per batch.
  • Each recipient receives a separate file; combined multi-page PDFs are not generated.

Questions

Useful answers for this workflow.

Can I use an Excel spreadsheet?

Yes. Export or save the worksheet as a CSV file, then upload it to QuickMint. The sample CSV shows the supported headings.

What happens when one row has an error?

QuickMint identifies the affected row and explains what to correct. A malformed row does not silently corrupt the rest of the batch.

Does QuickMint store the recipient list?

No. The CSV is read in your browser and is not uploaded to QuickMint. The saved browser session is cleared after a completed ZIP export.
